Shipping

Orders are mailed within two business days, Monday through Friday.  You will receive your tracking number via email.

Payment Processing

You can use any credit card you like.  Safe and secure credit card and payment processing is provided by Paypal and Shopify.  You do not need to have a Paypal account.

Returns

Let us know via email within 3 days of receipt.

Mail the jewelry back to us within 7 days of receipt.

To be eligible for a return:

1.  Jewelry must be unused, unworn, unaltered and in brand new condition. Tags must still be attached. Jewelry must be returned in the original gift box.

2.  Notify us via email within 3 days of receipt (the delivery date shown on the USPS tracking record) that you will be returning the item. The email address is poshsilverjewelry@outlook.com.

3.  Mail the jewelry back to us via USPS within 7 days of receipt. The package must be scanned "accepted" within 7 days of the original delivery date to you, as shown on the USPS tracking record.

Buyer is responsible for paying return shipping costs. We highly recommend using tracking and insurance. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.

4.  Returns meeting the above policy will be refunded 100% of the purchase price.
